DESCRIPTION:Unbarred Compassion: Reaching Out To The Incarcerated Through Needed Supplies \n\n\n\nAs people of faith\, we are called to remember those in prison and advocate for their dignity and rehabilitation. Through our “Unbarred Compassion” initiative\, our fellowship is soliciting for donations of essential supplies to support and help provide hope and transformation to the incarcerated. \n\n\n\nMany prisons lack adequate funding to provide inmates with basic necessities. As a result\, those behind bars often feel forgotten and disconnected from society. Your donated items can make a real difference in their daily lives. \n\n\n\nWe are currently collecting the following supplies to distribute to inmates: \n\n\n\n\nHygiene products (soap\, shampoo\, deodorant\, toothbrushes\, toothpaste T-rolls\, etc)\n\n\n\nClothes (Shirts\, shorts\, trousers\, etc)\n\n\n\nSocks and undergarments\n\n\n\nNon-perishable snacks\n\n\n\nFood stuff\n\n\n\n\nYour donated items will be delivered to Ankaful Correctional Facility to benefit inmates. By supporting their access to basic necessities and opportunities for growth\, we can help break cycles of recidivism and foster a more just\, compassionate society. \n\n\n\nPlease bring your donations to the fellowship’s premises by Sabbath 15th June.
