Unbarred Compassion: Reaching Out To The Incarcerated Through Needed Supplies

As people of faith, we are called to remember those in prison and advocate for their dignity and rehabilitation. Through our “Unbarred Compassion” initiative, our fellowship is soliciting for donations of essential supplies to support and help provide hope and transformation to the incarcerated.

Many prisons lack adequate funding to provide inmates with basic necessities. As a result, those behind bars often feel forgotten and disconnected from society. Your donated items can make a real difference in their daily lives.

We are currently collecting the following supplies to distribute to inmates:

• Hygiene products (soap, shampoo, deodorant, toothbrushes, toothpaste T-rolls, etc)
• Clothes (Shirts, shorts, trousers, etc)
• Socks and undergarments
• Non-perishable snacks
• Food stuff

Your donated items will be delivered to Ankaful Correctional Facility to benefit inmates. By supporting their access to basic necessities and opportunities for growth, we can help break cycles of recidivism and foster a more just, compassionate society.

Please bring your donations to the fellowship’s premises by Sabbath 15th June. Together, we can extend the light of Christ’s love to those who need it most.
